Veg Pulav Rice

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes  Makes ~5 to 6  people.

INGREDIENTS:  

  1. 1 cup of Basmati Rice.

  2. 1 tsp salt  ,

  3. Solid garam masala ( bay leaf, cinnemon, clove, black and green cardamom),

  4. I tsb curd ( Optional),

  5. 1 tsp sugar,

  6. 1 tsp biryani masala, 2 cups of water,

  7. Chopped veggies.

  8. Ginger & garlic mashed 2 tsp,

  9. 10 cashew, 10 Resins .

Preparation

Soak the rice in water for 20 min. Wash them and keep aside. Put 4 tsp of ghee or oil  in pan or pressure cooker. When ghee heated put 1/4 spoon of cumin seeds and solid garam masala. When it crackle add ginger and garlic mashed and add veggies. Later put curd and sugar put two cup of water and add biryani masala,salt10 cashew, 10 Resins, Add soaked rice  and boil. cook them till  water finish or for one whistle.

Eat rice with curry for sauce
