Mango Lassi

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes  Makes  4 Glasses

INGREDIENTS:  

  • 4 glasses of curd
  • 1 cup of ripe mangoes
  • 6 Tsp of sugar
  • Pinch of Cardamom Powder
  • ¼ bowl of dry fruits.
  • Saffron water
  • Dry fruits to garnishing

Preparation

  1. Blend mangoes,curd in a blender, while blending add dry fruits, Sugar, cardamom powder and saffron water.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds and pour in glasses and garnish with dry fruits on top.
  3. Lassi is ready.
