Garlic Chutney

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10minutes Makes ~4 to 6 people.

INGREDIENTS:  

30   cloves of garlic,Small  pc of ginger,1 tomato cut in small pcs,10 dry red chilly,½ tsp chilly powder, ¼ tsp cumin seed, Pinch of asafetida, 3  tsp oil to fry, salt as per taste

Preparation

Put garlic, ginger, tomato  ,chilly and all powder spices in blender and blend in a paste. Heat the oil and check heat by cumin seeds. If it crackle put the paste in oil and cook till oil separates.

Cool the chutney and use it.
