Besan Chilla ( Chickpeas Pancake ) Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 115 minutes Makes 4 chilaa INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup of water2 Cups of gram flour.Chopped green vegitables 1 cupSalt as per taste. Chilly 1/4 tsp, garam masala as per choiceOil to shallow fry PreparationMake batter with gram flour with water aand ½ tsp oil. Batter should not be thick as well as not so liquid.Put all powder spices.Take 1 tsp oil on pan and add I big spoon of batter and drop on pan.Spread it equally and cook for a miniute and spread all the chopped vegitables..Latter drop some oil around batter and flip it.Again spread oil around and cook till gets slightly brown.Flip and cook ttill gets brown equally.Eat with chutney.HAVE A SPICY DAY
